Return/Replacement Policy

 What is your return/replacement policy? 

  • We offer replacement of Products ordered on KartHeart within 7 days of delivery of the order. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • If necessary, we will arrange a pickup of the product through our logistic partner. If we are unable to do so, we will request you to send the product back to our warehouse using any courier. An amount of Rs.150 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of KartHeart wallet credit.
  • For all self-shipped returns, courier slip must be sent within 4 days from the date of approval of return request, else return request will be cancelled.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of an exchange, we will refund into your KartHeart wallet for purchasing exchange product.
  • Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after the product is received and quality check of the same.
  • Refund will be issued only in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available or you received a different product from what was ordered.


How do I return/replacement my order? 

We offer easy self-service return/replacement process. To return/replacement your order, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to your customer account here at and sign in when prompted. Or Click the "My Account link" at the top of the site and sign in when prompted.
  2. Click on the "View All Orders" Button on the bottom side and Select the Order you wish to return/replace.
  3. On the order detail page, you will see "Return/Replacement" button on bottom of the page, click on this button.
  4. Enter the details of your dispute and attach relevant images there.
  5. Click "Submit Request" button once ready.
  6. Our team will review and approve/cancel your request within 2 days.
  7. After approval of the request, you will be notified about pickup/self-ship of your product. In the case of the pickup, your product will be picked within 1-4 days and it can take 4-8 days to reach us. In the case of self-ship, you must courier product within 4 days.
  8. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated within 1-3 days.


When are returns/replacement not possible?

  • If the return/replacement request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you had received it.
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any consumable item which has been installed or used.
  • Products that may/have been tampered or products with missing serial numbers.


What is the refund policy for the returned item? 

The refund policy is applicable only in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available or you received a different product from what was ordered. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 5-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. 


When will my return get picked up? 

We send the return pick-up request to our Logistic partners as soon as we receive the return/replacement request from you. Our Logistic partner pick-up the Product/s within 1-4 days of receiving the request. 

Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return/replacement request shall be considered complete at our end.


Rules for accepting shipments

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
